By signing up for the Stakeden beta waitlist or using the Stakeden app you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Beta Testing

Stakeden is currently in a closed beta phase. Beta access is provided for the purpose of testing the app, identifying bugs, and providing feedback. By participating you understand and agree that:

• The app is still in development and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features
• Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time without notice
• Beta access does not guarantee access to the final product
• Your feedback may be used to improve the product
• There are no verified cappers during the beta phase — that feature will launch with the full product

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Stakeden. By using the app you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. Sports betting may be regulated or prohibited in your jurisdiction — it is your responsibility to understand and comply with the laws in your area.

3. No Real Money Transactions

Stakeden is a social platform for sharing and tracking sports betting picks. We do not facilitate, process, or handle any real money wagering. All betting activity takes place on licensed sportsbooks outside of our platform. We are not a sportsbook and are not responsible for any gambling losses.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not create multiple accounts to manipulate records or reputation

5. Pick Integrity

Stakeden is built on transparency and accountability. You agree that:

• Picks you post are genuine bets you have placed or intend to place
• You will not attempt to manipulate or falsify your pick record
• Deletion of picks is tracked and reflected in your public reliability score
• Attempting to game the system may result in account suspension

6. Content Guidelines

When using Stakeden you agree not to post content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Harasses, threatens, or abuses other users
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Contains spam, excessive self-promotion, or scam content
• Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights

7. Our Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Remove content that violates our guidelines
• Modify or discontinue any feature at any time
• Update these terms with reasonable notice

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Stakeden is provided "as is" during the beta phase. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the app. We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Responsible Gambling
